Google's adsense usage in combination with traffic froming from any traffic exchange, no matter how legit it is - stands on your personal risk, as google doesn't like the combination of the two.
I heard that people with adsence are using one page of their site for traffic from TE's as landpage, and have adsense ad places on other pages of their site, however , i can not guarantee it's safe.

For all those, that want to promote their referral links, improve rank of the site, and similar - this is one of the best and cheapest ways to get traffic. So be sure not to miss out.

Like i said ; using combo of TE+adsense is not recommended, but for bumping up your traffic and exposure to your referral links, it works like a charm.

return to it. It all really depends on your site in the end - will the people be interested in it or not, this traffic will give you the chance to find out, amung other things.

Where are all these traffic coming from? Are you providing it from somewhere like hitleap or is this a website that already has a big visitor rush and you just redirect it via ads to another website?
I think faucet websites does the same thing as well , which they make all their coins from. It would be a lot easier to trust a service like this if we knew where the visitors come from.
