This is very much true, a second hand will never be more expensive than the time you bought it from the store.  Unless you want to apply as its retailer, or buying them in bulk and getting higher discounts then, that time will give you a decent profit from your buy and sell venture.  And to think of it, 10 BTC is big enough to start a small buy and sell business.

Yes if you are dealing in wholesale and if you are able to buy at wholesale price and sell them at retail price then you can make descent profits from it, but you also need to have authorized store to sell those phones or else no one will trust you.

Mining the bitcoin is not so profitable. It will not ROI in 6 months. It is possible with certain altcoin mining though.

if he do not open the packing of the that iphone 7 then it do not becomes as second hand piece and if he buy from a whole seller then he can resell it on shop also for getting a good profit and if he sell it to individuals then he will get a double profit. for me it is a good idea.
