I sent ltc to exchange pivx on changelly. After waiting exchange for 1 hours it said sorry transaction failed. I'm trying to reach support center but no answer. There is an option for refunding on shapeshift, but I can't refund my ltc on changelly. Did I loose my ltc? How can I refund it?

Hi, today I used Changelly for the first time. I really like the concept, it's very convenient.

I was having an issue too, my transaction got stuck on "Waiting for Payment" for hours. However, I just checked and after about 6 hours or so, my payment finally went through and it's now in the "Exchanging" phase.

while i understand it's christmas eve i had a transaction to exchange BCH to LTC on 22nd DEC your website stated transaction completed, my payment to you was successful however when I check receiving hash i don't see you sending any LTC to my address (my receiving address was used twice not sure if that was o.k but i assume it should be fine tho) i hv sent 2 ticket about this and still waiting for response it's been 16 hours now.

Frankly i see many complaint about your bad customer service response time but I hope this transaction will be resolve soonest. After having problem on my first transaction (it was settled eventually but never did get any ticket reply from you tho) i thought you may have been overloaded with orders so I continued supporting you knowing that there's many complaint here but now i end up with this failed transaction (website stated completed) leaving me with zero LTC. I think i need to stop using Changelly until your customer service department improved. what a nightmare! 😬😬

hi Changelly, i know you have partnered with Atlant as per Atlant's announcement month ago and they claim to be list on changelly in December. but now is December 26. i asked this on Atlant channel and they said Changelly have the right decision about the date. When you will listed Atlant token?

I have a problem when trying to setup the payment buttons...

I want to set a flat usd amount like $29.99 and I want to let my buyers to pay me $29.99 worth of any coin on your service and I receive the coins or have them converted to the coin of my choice (like btc) but the current payment button maker does not let me do this.

I need to set a USD amount that will change the amount needed to pay with each coin they choose to pay with and then have the payment converted to btc on my end.


I feel a lot more merchants would use your service if you got this working well.

Please update me by PM if you fix this feature.

But my refund was no where to be found....Changelly is worse of the worse! shitty service with insufficient employees and lack of integrity just look at the list of failed transaction on this thread ppl would know this company is not here to STAY!!....if it wasn't for Charlie Shrem I wouldn't be dealing with them.....yes i know, i should hv check Charlie's background before taking things for granted......Changelly your christmas holiday is over please REFUND my BCH don't wait for New Year celebration.....for god sake!!

I just made my second exchange with Changelly yesterday. I was expecting it to be really slow, like last time, and it was... It took 9 hours from start to finish. However I was expecting that and I got a good exchange rate getting XRP for BCH.

I will continue using this service for holding the exchanged crypto, even though I'll be expecting it to take several hours to to make the exchange.

That said, I wouldn't recommend it for day trading or anything of the like.
