I had not used changelly until about a month ago I needed to convert my coins from minersgate. It was so fast and easy and didn't cost too much to fee is within reason unlike certain other places and my expierence was good. Very professional and well Woking system. Very fast. Within minutes my transactions were on their way to my bitcoin wallet. Great job guys keep it coming !

Your services looks amazing, I wish you best of luck.
In my personal opinion, the index page should be minimal and focused on the exchanging only (Keep the registration / login links active and make the footer small in 1-2 lines).
Do you host the coins on your own servers or you use an API / external service ?
I am asking this because I am seeking a reliable solution to allow my clients to deposit Altcoins on my websites and I suck at altcoins.

Of course, sometimes we have issues with your transactions - bloating blockchain, missed payment ID, too small amount for exchange, etc.. But we hope, Changelly support team helps you asap to be satisfied by our service. As for new coins, we are looking for new promising on the market. Coins need to be listed on the top exchanges, like Poloniex and Bittrex, and have a regular exchanges turnover at least 50 BTC daily. Hello, Yesterday i made a transaction from XRP to NEM and by mistake i used your address instead of mine, this happened because on NEMS wallet app on the main page there was a transaction and an address i thought it was mine instead it was yours, yours because on the 17 Dec 2016, 18:32:58 (Transaction # fdbd0f7b673c) i exchanged 1LTC to NEM and that was the only transaction i had on my wallet, the address i used was NBLQ6P-E7Z5CV-ANJNXG-OR74UQ-LOJ2YM-GJJOZ4-YFAQ On the transaction you can clearly see there is and error, check the sender and the receiver, basically the coins never went out of your account http://chain.nem.ninja/#/transfer/9b869ad5699e909a360950f7144db3fbe934d4fc6e4ada625f0bad3781c14f2aI have contacted your staff and they cleary saw that this was the issue, the stated they would send me my nem coins to my address, but till now i have not seen any transaction, and checking your address http://chain.nem.ninja/#/account/NBLQ6PE7Z5CVANJNXGOR74UQLOJ2YMGJJOZ4YFAQ/0 the coins are still there (screenshot http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2106518/3cf1c48909a9063820a4b061e267ba16) What i did notice though is that after the recent discussion with your support team, they edited the transaction on changelly history, changing the receiver address to mine which is not correct as before it was set to yours, i do not want to shout out anything but i would like you to investigate the case. Their exchange rate is insane. I thought that is visual bug. Changelly: EXCHANGE RATE 1 USD = 0.00056372 BTC with a maximum transfer of 50USD. Preev: EXCHANGE RATE 1 USD = 0.0010372 BTC I suspect that exchange rate is because that's the Visa/Mastercard credit card rate, or simply the fiat to crypto rate, as I've just tried it and it shows the same massively bad rate. However, if you check our the crypto to crypto rates, it's very competitive. Let's see if OP can clarify. |

I suspect that exchange rate is because that's the Visa/Mastercard credit card rate, or simply the fiat to crypto rate, as I've just tried it and it shows the same massively bad rate.
However, if you check our the crypto to crypto rates, it's very competitive.
