The exchange rate for all coins is more or less same as shapeshift but you guys charge as additional 0.5% whereas shapeshift takes no fee.

Shapeshift earns their fee by exchanging at lower than market rates. So that means you guys basically charge us twice. You take your cut by exchanging at lower than market rates and also adding an extra 0.5% on top of that.

I was shocked at how much I got ripped off after exchanging a few BTCs today. High BTC TX fees + low exchange rate + high exchange fees together makes this service a no-go for me. I suggest you include the fee in your exchange rate so as to be more transparent. Currently, it appears as if you are competitive with Shapeshift but in reality Shapeshift is way faster and cheaper.

Also, as others have already mentioned, your currency conversion speed is just too slow which results in serious losses due to downward price movement. Yesterday it took about an hour to convert some ETH to BTC. By the time conversion was finished, the rate slipped so much that I was in great loss.

We never promise the fix rates, but do guarantee that your funds were exchanged at the best available rate, once we get confirmation of your payment in blockchain. Unfortunately we depend on our exchange partners Poloniex and Bittrex, they are having issues last month, like massive DDoS attacks. As we know, ShapeShift is also trading with that partners and experiencing delays time to time. Trading on the high volatile market is always risky. We are always notifying you before payment, if we have issues with our exchange partners. As for commission, we take 0.5% fee for each exchange, we hope it's fair. As for bitcoin network fee, unfortunately it can be slightly high, as blockchain is always overloaded now days. If we setup low commission fee, transaction will take ages. Hope for your understanding!

I actually stopped using Changelly after one guy complained here that he lost all his LTC coins during the currency conversion process. I would still like to know if anything can be done to recover his coins because I sure wouldn't want that to happen to me. I'm not rich, losing that many coins would be devastating to me.

Yes, the automation process should be made more fail-safe. All failed transactions should automatically revert the coins back to the sender's address without manual intervention. Shapeshift does this quite flawlessly.

I wrote two tickets about invalid USDT transaction, to 1DS5QbmwzdzoReVooGefiGwCDzXZ5EUoRt over a week ago. I didn't get any answer.
I tried to move USDT from my address but my Omnicore client seems to not recognize that there are any USDT on this address (it sees incoming 31k USDT transaction, but still don't allow to send any from this address).

Here is what probably happend in light of my own research: transaction wasn't send correctly in Omni system (probably due to not enough confirmed USDT's on Your address at the time of transaction), and is was deemed invalid by omni chain. Basically my address is empty :/. It also means You can (and should) resend it.

I didn't want to fill a scam accusation on forum yet and I hope it can be resolved...
