They are SCAMS.
I order 50$ worth of XRP and the promissed to deliver 155 XRP (that makes around 0.322$ for 1 XRP Changelly.com / kraken price 38.73$ for 155 XRP making 0.249$ for 1 XRP at market price).
Not only that they charge more then 0.07$ for each XRP, but they send me 122 XRP IN TOTAL....
That makes the price 0.409$ for each XRP.....
I talked with there payment processor and gave them 2 days to sort it out (they promissed 20% REFUND = 10$) and refund me atleaset 20%. That will make my order 40$ for 122 XRP = 0.327$ for each XRP....
If they don`t refund me i will go to my bank and report the transaction as goods not delivered (and they are really not delivered)...

It is clear that this changelly is not a good exchanger to use right now. The rates they offer aren't that good compared to shapeshift anyways, except for maybe a 1-2% discount, but the product they deliver seems to be unsatisfactory. A lot of customers aren't satisfied with how their exchanges are going and although some are resolved the customers shouldn't have to go this far just to get what they were promised in the first place.
I've heard that Minergate is somehow related to the free wallet scam and is also related to Changelly... Can changelly please clear this up?

I received my stucked USDTs... Better late than never. Honestly it was the only case when I had a problem witch their system; anyway a lot of things to improve especially in the field of support response time.

Why is the exchange process so slow? I mean it keeps going and going, sometimes takes half an hour or more and by that time the rate has drastically slipped. Lost quite a bit of money today due to the ridiculously slow exchange time. You guys really need to lock in the rates before exchange starts or else this service is not viable at all.

Until today finally received But the exchange rate changes Originally should be 879.53097345 DOGE Arrival is + 879.00000000 Although not much difference But I waited for three days If the exchange rate wanders more I will lose more Changelly.com has integrity But hope can be improved  Dear Customer, unfortunately amount to exchange was less than minimal allowed. I agree. They should lock in the rates before exchange be made otherwise is not viable at all.
This Minergate is a scam. I tried to use and they "never received" my bitcoins! At least I deposited only 20$.

Recently Changelly has received some fake reviews. I like to say that I have used this service multi times the last 3 weeks and there have been zero problems. So I can still highly recommand Changelly. Also their support is pretty quick if you mail them in the work days if there is a problem. Don't worry using this service you are safe.  |

After my initial transaction delay with Changelly was resolved I entered 4 more transactions with the company and all ended well. Two of those transactions were in exchange of 0.005btc and 0.004btc for dogecoins yesterday. The other two were 0.002btc and 0.007btc for Lisk exchanges today.
I am very happy how it all turned out. Looking forward to more dealings with Changelly. And if the company goes bad on me, I will not hesitate to speak out.

In my opinion it's a very trustworthy and easy to use exchange. Both me and my accountant use this exchange to swap cryptocurrencies. We had no problems using them and we had exchanged more than 11 BTC worth of coins there. It looks like many newbies are posting questionable complaints in this thread, for all we know they could be fake disinformation agents hired by a competitor to slander Changelly. I find it very hard to believe those accusations, since I have exchanged a lot of money through them and had 0 issues. |

There are no limits with Changelly I think. But obviously don't sent like 1 million $ over it, the trade would take way too much. But things like 1000-5000$ worth of coins can easily be traded there / transaction. |
