Are you thinking of Tangible Cryptography / Bitcoins Direct?  I believe they announced they have enough buying customers for the time being and are deferring taking new customers and building out that side of the business any further until later.  There is a website where you can sign up to be alerted by email when Bitcoins Direct launches.
