What is the fund maintenance fee?

Fund maintenance fee will be deducted as up to 25% of net weekly revenue on end of each week. You don’t need to make payment extra for maintenance fee.

Hi Cryptomerian is a crypt-currency based fund. It is same as any other currency based funds running by a bank or trader, etc.

Every week, we share new price for per CS. So this is the increase of per CS price. as you can see price was

"buy price" is the offer rate for "selling to you" as you mentioned = 0.003385

sell price is the offer rate for "buying from you" as you mentioned = 0.003318

I think we are on same line. so a discrepancy between the prices for we calculated price of per CS as 0.003351, add 1% commission for buy and sell prices

The fund can't control anything... out of their control. What is the policy? What are they supposed to do? The issue with the p2p lending in the crypto world is that none of it is licensed, so there is no legal obligation for anyone to repay any of their loans, nor any true punishment for not doing so. It's a trust-based system.

Well you tell me, I'm not running their fund. They have a couple of options: they can just write down the "lost" assets and reflect it directly on the fund's NAV and drop the claim, or they can try to actively pursue the claim. I'm sure that if it would be something like Poloniex defaulting on their obligations, there would be some kind of legal recourse available given that they are a real company. If so, at whose expenses ? The stakeholders' or the fund management ? How would that be reflected on the management fee ?

These were the kind of questions I was wondering about.

I think you confused. it is maintenence fee from gross profit from week. It is not BTC cut

Normaly, we cut a maintanence fee as 25% for gross income in each week.

Like if we perform 1% increase in the week, we put a 25% deduction on gross profit. So the investor profit goes to 0.75%...We are running the fund for 40 weeks and it works like that.

Now, we cascaded it as low profit = low maintanence fee. This will increase investors possibly profit.

This is true. While the support is excellent and assisted me promptly with my withdrawals, it would be nice if the 2FA worked as intended. The problem stems from whatever SMS-based 2FA they are using, and google 2FA would be better, as I use Authy for all my other 2FA stuff as well.

hi. you can check total bitcoin investment in right down corner and distribution of investment to investment centers as a pie graph.

calculation is taken place every sunday afternoon. we check all accounts balance and update total fund and divide to total CS number. we cut a maintanence fee depending on revenue from 15% to 25% from net profit. this calculates a CS price. After that + 1% for buy, - 1% for sell price.

for example if there are 1000 CS for 30 BTC for 12.02.2017. CS Index calculated as 0.03 BTC.

new total fund calculated as 30.3 BTC on 19.02.2017 for 1000 CS. So fund profit is 0.3 BTC means 1%. We cut maintenance fee as 25% from 0.3 = 0.075. Net profit added total fund is 30.225 for 1000 CS. New CS price is 0.030225

That is it.

Maintenance fee is 0-0.49% = 15%, 0.5-0.99% = 20%, +1% = 25%

If some one deposit and wants to buy new CS, we distribute the investment as needed and add new CS. For example. we have 30 BTC on 12.02.2017. CS Index is 0.003. some send 1 BTC on 13.02.2017. Buy price is 0,0303. So s/he can buy 33.33 new shares.

Hope it is clear. You can read terms of service on website. All is already described there due the North Cyprus legislation.

hi, we used to send each week`s % of profits or deficits from all different investments as dice, lending, ico, trading etc. but we used to not share  % of profits for a specific investment like Poloniex Lending, etc. due work load. But any investor can check the % of investment center in total fund.

Dice is very seasonal. Sometims it makes 1% week but mostly 0.1-0.4%. But it is an investment area that we will not give up due risk sharing approach.

We invested ICO. You can check on dashboard panel. But they didnt finalize yet. (Decent, etc)

G. We cant support a refferal system. Our revenue based on trading and just get 15-25% of net revenue. We have cost for an ccountant, legislation follows, paper work for each quarter. Not possible at that moment.

2. How does it come, that the price for a CS is rising with the time?

G. We invest close to 30 investment area dice, lending, ICO, tokens and 3 active trader on board. Total fund value calculated each week. Than divide to each share for calculating one CS price. Not 100% rise all time.There were some negative weeks.  You can check it from dashboard.

G. We are working on it. 2FA is going to be included. If you have some improvement offers, please let us know. But we want to keep dashboard as easy as it and focus to manage fund.

we plan to share accountant documents but they are in TL or USD not Bitcoin based. Not reflect reality and mostly belong to 6 months before.

so I must honest that there is not any real proof that we can show to you. But we try to be transpatent as much as we can.

On the other hand, think that you are investing a fund in a bank or portfolio manager. Are you sure that all your money is backed with something or just trading with leverage, etc.? Just search "big finger" which was famous for 2008 crisiss.

So not only bitcoin but also for all investment instrument, there is not any guarantee, even governments say they are investigating, etc...

But if you have a brillant idea, please let us know. If it is applicable, we can discuss.

Same "issue" as ranlo describe. Nothing wrong login without 2FA enabled, at "Edit Profile" - "2FA setup" you generate your key and you are set.

I put my username and password and waiting for a 2FA page to pop-up but instead of that, i get an error message.
I try again and then a new line show up (beneath the line that i have to put my pass) asking me to put my code and doing a captcha...

if altcoins were fine, we could give close to 1% for last week. but altcoins dummed.

we never promote double digits week or month. we are doing right investment and rarely come with negative 3 times in 67 weeks
