No, I don't think you can do that. But you can get your own prepaid Visa card for $0.5 at Spectrocoin and load it with bitcoin(but before making a purchase make sure that your country is in the listed of supported countries). |

But you can get your own prepaid Visa card for $0.5 at Spectrocoin and load it with bitcoin(but before making a purchase make sure that your country is in the listed of supported countries). It's a virtual card my friend I need a physical one to can withdraw from ATM machines |

cointocard.co provides what your looking for although i have not personally used this service so i would highly advise you to do your own due diligence before using them. |
