lost many times in gambling and hyip ponzi sites.. so sad.. Sad

Well that is really sad that you have been victimized by those hyips ponzi sites. That is not new when you are just a newbie in bitcoin. Don't worry we are the same, when I was still new to bitcoin. I thought that those type of investments are going to be a good source but instead of earning what happened is that I've lost bitcoins, the bitcoins that I have been collecting with faucets lost easily. So that is a lesson learned for me, I hope that is also going to be a lesson to other people here.

Everyone learns their lesson after suffering at all, not only me and you but everyone must have gone through this at first when they knew nothing about those hyips and scams but later on when they became a victim of it they must have realized like how we did.

Yeah and we cannot ignore the fact that we all were greedy when we were new to the bitcoin industry and wanted to multiply our coins quick, but unfortunately that never happened.
And lol some people are still doing it while they all know that gambling cannot give them profit at all.
But that been said I think gambling has made bitcoins more popular and hey gambling is made for fun and if people are gambling for winning big money then they are doing mistake and paying for it.

I lost some altcoins  trading cause I wansn't attentive  to the changes and movements  in the market, now I'm more careful with this.
Good that now you are careful with your approach and selection. I faced this same problem as when I buy any alt coins its price start to decrease and I think of waiting some more time while in that time they got totally dumped. So my personal experience says you should sell altcoin that is just dropping and dropping.

Yes ponzi sites are not just increasing day by day they are also starting things like signature campaigns which attract some innocent members on our forum and after loosing money they think bitcoins was wrong. While hey don't know that bitcoins was just a medium.

now with the help of some loyal members of this forum the ponzi scheme owners are unable to start any signature campaign at this forum, so with that we are not seeing much ponzi on this forum, but on other sites like on PTC ads they are much more advertising.

A few times, when I was trading. It is an unpredictable market, as they say. But over time you learn how to make better movements. It's important to be always up to date with the news and development of the projects.

Exactly and if they get scammed at the initial stage then it creates negative impression of bitcoins in their mind and if that continues then it can affect the adoption level.

Wise people simply avoid any kind of service that seems to offer too good to be true returns. They won't fall for it. The people that do fall for ponzi scams are greedy and don't know what they are doing. And if they do know that they are investing in obvious scams, but do it anyway, then they are dumb and a danger for their own well being. Normal thinking people would never blame Bitcoin for that. So the adoption level shouldn't be hurt because of that.

Yeah, there are many ponzi sites out there and their scheme is always same and they ponzi always scam in the end. That's why i never invest on ponzi sites, because when i newbie, i also get scammed by ponzi.

Sorry for your loss , it seems you only lose small amount (i think you not felt regret it ) . And you can learned from your past.
Double check address you want to send , i usually press Ctrl+F and paste the bitcoin address there (if match , i'll go to send it).

Here is another victim of scammers. I had such a bad luck that when i had entered bitcoin world after 7 days I had lost around $30 in hashocean SCAM. Next to hashocean comes bitcoindaily, then bitgain all this site scammed me totally $35. Which is not a huge amout for many of you professional but as a student this much money is enough to make me decide commit suicide. Still i love button became I have such a strong will power.

Not large amounts, just through trading, losing a few here and there
In trading we can minimize our loose there so i guess that you don't lose so much bitcoin tthere and you can save that for the next month if you didnt sell yet out coins waiting is virtue where you can earn profit by this one. hehe wait until the price goes up.

I think it's not lose big, this may be a small thing but a lesson for us all,to see the wallet again send, because a little mistake will be worse in the end, missing something though a small but worthwhile.you are still lucky people to lose a lot for playing gambling, ponzi games and scam mining sites.

I always check the first and last 5 characters of the address I'm supposed to send it to and compare it with the address I pasted. You too should get into a habit of double or even triple checking the receiving address. That way it will be very unlikely to send to the wrong address.

Well if you are loosing your coins while sending them to a wrong address, then I think you should stop using bitcoins as if you cannot take care of basic things that doesn't make any sense in using bitcoins.

Only a few times, trading in the market... But I realized that in most cases there were trades that could have been avoided, by just paying attention to identify the bad calls.

Yes I am! I lost bitcoin already through exchange platform, But I admit it was my fault because instead of bitcoin wallet address that I supposed to be use I used the wallet address of other altcoins. That happened when I was a newbie here in crypto world.

I think everybody has lost bitcoin at sometime in their bitcoin life. Cry
Even if they say they didn't they actually have and just don't want to admit it.
It is just a fact of life. Some of the good comes with some of the bad. Sad
