Bittrex is a scam because they list a "scamcoin" ? ahahahaha what is your logic behind this ? I made a lot of money trading scamcoins = buy cheap , sell high = bye bye Smiley

Regarding Bittrex , they list a coin = take their commissions on each trades , if trading volume is very low = they delist it = end of the story !

I love to trade on this exchange right before I sold my last holdings of DASH on its prime. Also been hearing rumors about Bittrex accepting scamcoins on their exchange. Maybe some people working on bittrex do have some deals with the devs of such coins (aside from what they already charge when you enlist a coin). Personally, I wouldn't just touch any of these coins, but to think that the exchange I'm trading on supports or approves the shit, well it's a different story.

Oh and btw, afaik Cryptsy tried to avoid IPO shitcoins and those shitcoins went on trex first before finding another exchange. Cryptsy simply went nuts.

they add coins that make them money, just like any other exchange. It's a business.
Yes and i'm using their services over two years and i'm very pleased, they are very professional! Never had any problem with them. I don't want to talk about theirs decisions which coins to be added, they many times have stopped suspicious ico-s on request of community..

You want to know: Is bittrex scam?

Ask you then also this question: Is cryptoland scam with all this p&d scammer?

I think many of us know the answers of both questions!

Why else would they list a full on scam coin like steem?

Because clueless people trade them, just because the coin is new. And the dev selfbuying also generates fees for them. You don't have to participate if you don't want to.
Trex just helps flushing the stupid money out of the market quicker. If you need someone holding your hand and protecting you from your own choices maybe crypto isn't for you?

Bittrex still have best security and they are almost without errors and downfalls..But this can't be sad for other exchanges, and nobody attacking them. Cryptsy is different story, and l believe Bittrex will stay with us for a long time!

Why are you surprised? Bittrex is famous for listing tons of random shitcoins, meanwhile legit coins have a lot of problems getting on there. But you can't blame them. If a coin brings a ton of traffic, that's money that they are making on transaction fees. DASH is an instamined scam too and it's on Poloniex and a ton of other exchanges too, but people want to speculate, so let them speculate.

What I hate about Bittrex and the reason im not using it, is that they ask for a ton of personal information even to trade between cryptocurrencies. I want to buy 0.5 BTC worth of a coin that is only listed on Bittrex, and they ask me all that information about me. Why?? All other exchanges including Poloniex, let you make small crypto investments without verifications.

I can't trust crypto exchanges, I don't know if they are going to get hacked and my information sold somewhere. I wish we already got decentralized exchanges so we don't have to deal with potential scammers just to invest on some altcoin.
