If wallet not synchronized you can write addnode to configuration file.
Also you can check transactions in block explorer here: http://educoinv.org:3001/
(in this case you cann't transfer).
Also you can using pools as nodes, there is always full blockchain and actual last block.

I have one more question for dev:
I see this coin is illiquide because algorithm Scrypt and high difficulty,
but why I don't see unconfirmed transactions in block explorer?
Do you have the list of unconfirmed transactions like https://blockchain.info/ru/unconfirmed-transactions
I did sent transaction at 7 September 2017, and don't see it on my wallet. Now 13 september 2017.
I see only 2 block was generated for this period:

Can you do less block reward, low difficulty and periodic optimization of block chain,
to pack signle blocks with reward coins generation in one block when blockchain will be optimized.
You can using many addresses for generation coins in this case like phoenixcoin when workers mining on the mining pools:

Hey, Dev's I see this coin have no miners, so I did solo mine it to confirm my transaction.
I did found nonce from block 62219 in my ccminer, but I got only 50 EDC block reward and no any transactions in this block.
My transaction is pending from cryptopia and I have transaction hash.
I see transaction is completed, signed and sent to the network, but it cann't be found in block explorer:
Error! : Search found no results for: b2aa8c8fcc8bc6378b1a8f202be30bc2c55053863abf00def95b2b40d1c1366b it's transaction hash.

It was been sent 7/09/2017 at 11:28:00 AM, but I see 5 blocks from this moment and this blocks without any transactions.
