Hardware Sales Tax bought outside of U.S.A

I think this is not only in USA but most of the country are having the tax for the purchase of products from outside the country as sales tax and if the currency is involved in other format then their will be forex rules also. I am in india and even we also have to pay the import charges purchasing products from other country.
