Yeah they wont do it out of fear but more easy out as no longer worth it for them. remaining premines useless. i must admit though the slow bleed over the years has dwindled their user and customer base so i doubt anyone will complain.

i tend to think the age of shitty altcoins is over. ico’s etc seem exhausted now with people wanting btc.

I mean, there wasn’t really ever much of a user base there to begin with, but sure - I think they’re down to probably 10-15 engaged investors now, judging from their discord. Customer wise, I guess maybe they might have more than that, but most of them are people who are just very casually using their exchange and aren’t likely to be very loyal, or engage with the Ionomy ‘vision’, whatever the hell that means.

Shitcoins are still alive and well, just far more insidious than simple copy-pasta circa 2014. If you look at the garbage that's being borrowed/collateralized/etc in all that DeFi nonsense - it's not that different from prime controllers, except the kids buying that shit are overleveraged up the wazoo and when it all comes crashing down they won't even have any Homero to blame because smart contracts.

It’s a real shame you refuse to engage with this, Korvas. It makes you look a lot like you’re simply running away when the going gets tough and you actually have to try and defend the ludicrous things you’ve said in the past.

I wonder how the ‘project management’ of ion core is going. As far as I can see things appear to have ground to a bit of a halt since November or so. I suppose that’s not too much of a surprise, since almost no one is really interested in ion, and those that are hardly have the sort of specialist skills you’d need. It looks like the most you’ve achieved so far is deleting the general channel of your own discord in error, which basically sums up the state of this entire project in a nutshell, doesn’t it?
