There was a rollback to block 176500. Were those coins deposited to your exchange after that block?

You won't get any help from "dev" here. They have abandoned this thread. Contact support via ionomy.com. But if you had coins deposited after block 176500 on the old chain I'm pretty sure you're SOL.

hi yobit. korvas said its to stop the theives. he said it sucks some users lose coins but it strengthens the ionomy. you could wait for ionomys reply or email them. if no reply you could open an accusation in the scam forum.

@korvas
heres your chance buddy. someone using ion in business that lost out. time to explainto them your version of why they losing is ok. told you.

stupid thing is ion devs will pay this from thei masternodes and bounty.... but all the little losses they dont. easier to pay the big vocal ones and ignore the fuckup they did. this is funny. i explained this to korvas but and in his words his talk was wasted on me? well mr arrogant... you should of taken what i said onboard instead of cheerleading ion without impartiality.

heres another thought too. yobit wallet wasnt disabled. people prolly sent knowing this and cheated the exchange.

@yobit  rollback the orders on accounts that did deposits after that block. debit accounts that sold ion the btc equiv at the time ie send their accounts negative if it calcs that way. people now with missing ion after that block credit with btc they should have.

Soon enough, you trolling bastards will truly feel like the idiots you are.  It will be great  Smiley ion has places to go without you

Is ION still a gaming coin? If so, where the fuck are all the games? Would it make sense for Sony to release a gaming system with one half baked game? If they did, they wouldn't be considered a gaming company.

Is that salt in your mouth for selling early? Grin

Typical paycoiner answer.

So you don't care that a gaming focused coin has one half baked game in 13 months? Shows a lot about your character. You should respond from another new account.

If that's the case (wallet wasn't disabled) and someone took advantage of that then most likely BTC is long gone - whoever did it would have been smart enough to sell and withdraw immediately.

There is no chance Yobit will cover 100 BTC (probably less if the fuckup happened before the pump).

The big question is - did ionomy notify Yobit about the pending rollback? Answer to that would make it clear whose fault it is, although the end result is probably the same - poor suckers who bought "fake" IONs on Yobit are left holding the bag.

Edit: wallet is disabled now but it's clearly on the wrong fork (wrong block count) so most likely wasn't disabled when it mattered.

Edit2: LOL at the insane ramblings of the righteous gang of slackers led by - who else - bokitorpanda. Sure Yobit is shitcoin central but it's not Yobit who's going to lose the coins... it's the morons paycoiners themselves who tried to arbitrage this crap with Bittrex without making sure they're on the correct fork.

But of course it's the trolls' fault again... WTF is wrong with these people.

YoBit you need to speak to the ION dev team directly (I'm sure you have the contact details) or via slack. Here is not the best place to post as the devs do not post here, this is not an ION moderated thread

There's a lot, too much to screenshot... But basically it's Yobit's fault - which it might be if it wasn't for the "team's" abysmal track record on the subject of communication.

Funny how bokitorpanda is demanding to see their books. But when anyone asks to see the ION teams books, it's all "company confidential". Hypocrisy much?

tor/boki should trust yobit. they are nice guys. i agree on the hypocracy. maybe they should show theirs first. in the end its the teams fault. time warp attacks are well known they didnt block it so its not yobits fault its ionomys. if they plugged it earlier there wouldnt be this issue.

bokis a dickhead i thought we all knew that. huey having him dev is another awesome lesson to potential investors. i doubt boki has code skills just self taught github merges and copies.

Their next line of defense is that they tried to contact Yobit but Yobit didn't respond.

Which means one of two things:

1) It's bullshit, an attempt to cover their asses, or

2) Yobit indeed ignored them (again, shitcoin central, wouldn't be surprising) but ionomy deliberately omitted that fact from both announcements. They named Bittrex, you'd think it would be even more important to mention the exchange that DIDN'T disable its wallet.

Can't think of any other scenario but I'm sure one of our resident shills will stop by to enlighten us as to how the "team" is most brilliantly handling all this.

from screenshot above boki appears to say ion team and he himself reported to yobit.

could it be that boki is telling fibs? maybe interpol should be alerted of him. hes always been a fan of contacting interpol for liars.

@yobit just open a scam accusation if they are telling lies and dont resolve with you.

I still don't understand why the devs created this thread but never post here. WTF kind of reasoning is that? Slack is terrible and erases the post history after a while which is why they prolly use it.

I have bought my first IONs on Yobit at 08 June 2017. Even at this time IONs at Yobit was 2-3x times cheaper that on Bitrex. Something wrong with IONs on  Yobit starts much more early that at Jun 17. All that time withdraw IONs was disable. Does it means, deposit IONs was disable too? Looks like russian guys  from Yobit just pushed their users. Yobit disable withdraw IONs for long time, so that price go down. Yobit guys buy IONs at Yobit and sold it on Bittrex (because only owners can withdraw). Now they concoct this joke about losted IONs, and continue buy cheap IONs  from users, that have no other exit but sold IONs.

yobit cant sell on bittrex as bittrex had wallets disabled. ie no withdraws or deposits on ion. different chains was issue. yobits claiming ion didnt alert them. ion dev boki tor is stating they did. 1 is telling lies.
