I doubt we could reach 600 before block halving, but let's look at a couple of weeks when approaching halving.
if true we could reach 600 before halving, after halving means we can reach $1k

reaching the $1000 price level will be a more than difficult challenge as we don't have willy the bot to help us with unilimited fake buy orders. if we somehow manage to reach $1000 again it will be something exceptional after all the drama we have been going through. some "financial experts" from the famous news channels have even said that it's over with bitcoin after the price crashed heavily from the ath in 2013. it's still holding strong!!

I also think it is a raise before a drop, as it has happened 2-3 times before recently. Some will likely risk more thinking this is the halving raise and will stay up a bit more.

I don't think there is going to be that much of a drop this time around though, I think this is going to be some of the build up in preparation for the halving.

We might see another dip, but I doubt it will collapse again.

if i remember correctly a month or two ago i used to see a new topic being started by you or kukuduck here saying there is a big crash coming and we will be back under $200 and you two were pretty persistent about that.

Yeah i expecting for that but i think it will continue rise before and after halving and september i think it start to drop again.. because many people are holding bitcoin to make a profit when the price hit 600-800 or more..

I am into $500  before halving and $600 as the effect of it...But if this fast rising in bitcoin price is not a part of a pump and dump then definitely we will reach $600, but anyway, this are speculations, lets make it more positive, $1k after the halving would be nice too..

I agree if before halving we could touch $500, this time prices have touched $450. I am so optimistic this year will be the year of bitcoin.

We can hope or speculate to any amount but on reality we don't have that much strong bag holder for now. You will see lots of dump even at those 500 and 600 mark. So crossing that price will be hard for bitcoin with lots of manipulation going on by big players with their bots.

People still need to relax & take things day by day, do not sell now though because I think it'll be a stupid mistake. Bitcoin is on the rise now, so not sell until a few months after the halving (at the earliest).

SegWit will be implemented soon. A functional version of LN is in the pipelines for this summer.
Halving will happen in july. And I think one or the other extra goody will be given to us as well.
So yes I agree selling BTC now could be a bad mistake. I would wait at least until november or december because I think a big effect due to halving could kick in with a delay of a few months.

We all see indeed that the value is going to rise slowly now and that is quite nice for the people who already have Bitcoin but maybe it will rise for a long time soon.
But the bad thing is that you never know when it will stop rising so you also dont know when to sell it sometimes.
