Taking time to solve Mathematical puzzle is ok. But the block interval might not be 2 hours. That is very huge gap. It should stay around 20 minutes or less.

RIP

Spent days trying to solve manually as well as lots of CPU power to solve automatically and did not solve one block. Rather link it to something interesting like minecraft or building a 100 piece puzzle on the screen with a normal picture that makes sense and that is not just abstract images. The guy who can build the puzzle first gets the block.

nice idea man and dev could restart everything with the new game and cut the block time to 1 hour or 30 minutes. Almost anyone can solve the puzzle for 30 minutes  Grin

A new version is almost ready, there are still some details left to be ironed out. There is a certain difficulty to pair the computer and human POW for easy boards.
Please check the website in a day or so for the new version.

Ok guys, new version (RC2) is available.
Please do not use old miner, it will solve the blocks, but it will try to add too much to coinbase (300 FCN vs 50 FCN) and your IP will get banned in the network for misbehaving (standard bitcoin design).
Also, remove peers.dat from facilecoin folder.
In case you feel you got banned for misbehaving, stop the miner, stop the wallet or facilecoind, save facilecoin data folder (.facilecoin on linux, or 'explorer %appdata%\Facilecoin' on windows), delete folder, change ip and restart the daemon or wallet - it will recreate the folder. Don't forget to add facilecoin.conf in data folder (for mining)

Sounds interesting.
Wndering if there are maths problems that need solving for the blockchain or just for the distribution of the coins.

It will be a good fun new idea anyway!
Are they on YOBit?

No, not yet, yobit requires sources and sources are not clean yet (tons of funny comments and far from elegant coding).
However, won't take long to clean them.

On Windows using setgenerate true from the debug console generates 300 coin blocks and subsequently a ban from the network.  You apparently did not change the built in miner in the QT wallet.

The win32 core binary synced badly on content distribution server. Just download it again, clear data folder and mine again.

I think it is a bug
same problem with network but every block is accepted by network

Nope, unfortunately you are mining on a forked chain. Download again win32 core binary, clear the data folder and restart mining.

wait, i'll check. i did not rescanned before resync.
I am lost, the archive seems clean:

EDIT: Yes, you are right. I am recompiling it right now. I recompiled the binary on a virtual machine to get rid of old objects and keep a copy for later. Probably there it got it. Then I uploaded it without rescanning..
