I agree. I think around 0.14 btc is fair enough to start with considering that the account only has fair post quality.

I don't think legendary member is guaranteed with that activity.It happens randomly,you should check that thread out "Legendary one day" in Meta.Agree,that activity count is enough to do that but not a guarantee if it will become legendary,who knows if it will take a month more ?
