I don't see anything unethical going on here. The distribution of the coin is made in a way that you claim it by solving captchas.
It would be the same as if you rented some asic rig to mine bitcoins for you. The only thing questionable here is profitability of being a part of it.

It depends every 2hours, the more the persons doing the captcha, the higher the difficulty, but i can assure you that this one is really way better than doing faucet, maybe 100x better.haha..)
