I would like to buy 9 USD worth of bitcoin using my PayPal Balance.
I have been an ecurrency exchanger on many forums and have exchanged over $1000,-
I'll go first if you're a trusted member otherwise you'll go first or we can use escrow.

My PayPal recently got limited a few weeks ago. the limitation couldn't be apealed so the funds are held for 180 days.
you can just withdraw the funds from the account with your bankaccount after 180 days. the one problem I have, I can't wait 180 days ..
That's why Im selling the account for 250$ Bitcoin.
I know I know, I just joined and doesn't seem trusted. But I hope someone could help me out, willing to skype call to go through all steps.
