I'd recommend Electrum, pretty easy to use

Edit: Ah , and whatever you do. Don't use web wallets for amounts over 0.1 BTC, better not to use them at all if you ask me.

Blockchain is a no-go. Too vulnerable to even basic phising, and to top it off they have a horrible reputation as a reliable wallet service , even among other web wallets(thats when you know shit's hit the fan)

There is a portable version of Electrum, which while using on two PCs requires you to have a copy of the wallet file IIRC. But if you'll be constantly using your wallet from multiple locations, I'd suggest using a web wallet for relatively small amounts(as earlier said 0.1 BTC) and the Desktop client as the main wallet.

Coinbase gives you relatively good security(although I'd avoid any web wallets to be on the safe side, but you don't seem to have a choice), TX fee-free  transactions and other stuff, for free.

For IOS I am happy with using MyCelium. As it allows you pick how much of a miner's fee you want to apply to your transactions from High to Low Priority or even economical  Cheesy. You get the coins I sent to you in less than an hour? That was on the low priority so they sent relativity fast even on that setting.

I like "Bitcoin wallet" for my Android phone.

This wallet gives you exclusive control over the private keys and has a lot of features. I load it up with bitcoins but keep the total less than the value of the phone. Larger amounts I keep offline.

Blockchain.info has had some issues before, but they get sorted out very quickly. You would be pretty safe, if you only store small quantities of bitcoin with these online services and if you enable the

2FA features. I never store too many coin in online services any way and would much rather invest in a hardware wallet, like a Trezor for daily use. It is much more secure and they have had zero

problems with security in the past that I know off. You should also avoid storing coins on exchanges... they prone to hackers and employee exploits.  Roll Eyes

Bittrex not online wallet, Bittrex is an exchanger and not recomended to store your coins in exchanger.
I suggest to store your btc in wallet (offline wallet or online wallet)
Blockchain is the best for online wallets.

It should only be used as a hot wallet (so keep only daily spend in it).  Also make sure to use 2FA, lazyness without it could cost you the BTC stored there. It's a great wallet just should not be a main wallet for your holdings.

On blockchain I did do testing with Yubikey's (a 2nd factor device ) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1353231.0

They are a great tool to ad 2fa to blockchain.info as they are supported.  To get the second factor the usb device has to be in computer and you physically press it.  So about as secure as you can get on 2fa.  I like the part that you have to have the physical token, and it's not on a text message or something a "bad guy" might possibly have a way to get/see.

But OP asks about online wallets.  Electrum is a good wallet for running on a PC but not going to give him that hot online wallet.   Sites like blockchain.info are going to be what OP was talking about.

Which ever one you choose make sure to use 2FA authentication.  Makes it much harder for someone to log into your account even if they somehow got password.

Which wallet do you recommend for everyday use but secure enough?

Is it better to use multiple wallet and spread all btc...

i use wallet from blockchain and exchange wallet. I recommend to use the wallet of blockchain, because many people use their services. Although I use the exchange wallet, but I do not recommend you to fill it with big amount of bitcoin, because you do not store the secret key from your own wallet. Use multiple wallet is good idea i think, to prevent unwanted things.
thank you Smiley

Why people here still suggested blockchain wallet for online wallet uses? It's have been removed from bitcoin.org bitcoin wallet list since a years ago.

To OP if you want to use wallet for daily spend, better to use phone wallet, I used bither wallet for my daily spend, never have problem so far. And for second wallet (storing) used cold wallet, I suggest you electrum wallet.

yes blockchain.info wallet is popular to most users but the reality is most of those people using blockchain.info don't know the risk of using online wallet to store their coins.

When I'm still new about bitcoins and I searched for the basic things about it and that's about bitcoin wallet.
The blog I have read suggested to create a xapo wallet. That's my first wallet is xapo but now I'm into blockchain.info I find it more convenient
rather than xapo.

in first time im using blockchain wallet everyday for each transaction, and now im using xapo and coinbase  Cheesy
with zero fee feature, it's make me comfortable to make some transaction everyday, i can top up my number phone without pay mining fee.

Good for you but for me even though blockchain has a small miners fee / transaction fee that isn't a big amount to protest for.
It's just a good payment for their good service.

Offline or online? I'm using blockchains since I've started getting into bitcoin and never changed it. I'd suggest you that one.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

anyway it's depend about how much bitcoin will you send , Ok , let's calculate, if i want to top up my number phone, the price 100.000satosi and i must pay arround 20.000 satosi ? so the fee arround 20%, it's make me lost my 20k satoshi, it's very diffirent if i want to send 1btc, then i use 20.000satoshi for fee, it's very cheap .

Im use blockchain too, but for daily usage i use xapo/coinbase.
