As the title says, looking to buy 1.5 BTC through paypal. only payment option available to me at the moment until I get paid, but I need the BTC ASAP to pay off some debts.

You do know most look at PP as the Devil, right?
When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

there are quite a few offers on here. Bitcoinbuddy with his Bitcoinbuddy.blogspot.com was very active lately.

Tried him and another guy today already but both are out of stock. I know paypal sucks but its the only payment option available to me at the moment

You'll be hard pressed to find anyone willing unless you have good references.
