Its websites like this that make it so damn hard for bitcoin to gain legitimacy.  If you are going to offer a service and make guarantees, honor them or shut up!!!

I had a similar experience I am trying to work out currently.  I am trying to let everyone I can know about them so they can make a educated decision about using their service.

I'm not sure why OKPAY.com let this possiblely scam website to be their certified partner?

Then today I have searched a lot to claim this technocashier.com was scam, but at first I trust okpay.com so I just made this payment with no search on the beginning. I don't know how to get my BTC-E USD finally. I just need some help.
