To spend GBP iTunes vouchers, you typically must have itunes account in that country, which is easily done with a throwaway email address if you plan to download quickly.

Sorry but I don't quite understand your point. Should it hard to exchange a iTunes voucher for BTC?

I have 2 physical cards. 1 x 50 and 1 x 25 GBP.

No, itunes cards are fine, just that buyers in the US or other locations need to know that information to not be frustrated.
