Bought the silver package, been using it for a day. Today 3 channels went out, and when I switched to one disney channel, it was the scrolling Roku screensaver. I am streaming this through my laptop, mind you. Very strange.
I had a very similar problem. Tried log out/in again, without cache? |

I sign up got this IPTV service a couple months back and have really loved it. This service really has everything you could want and is unlike any similar service. Although I have not had any problems which required me to contact support to fix, I did have several product related questions and each time reached out I received a reply in less that 12 hours from sending my message. In each instance I received prompt and courteous responses from a well spoken and polite support agent who was extremely polite and helpful. All around I give this service a 15/10 and would recommend it to anyone considering it.
