May be you should post the terms and requirements otherwise you might see many Newbies popping up on your thread asking for a No collateral loan with a sob story

Bitcointalk accounts can be considered as a valid collateral if a signed message is provided from an old address.

I don't want to derail the thread arguing about it but if OP wants to keep it real professional,he would know selling and buying accounts just adds on to more spam to the forum.Neither trusted members use their accounts as collateral and I believe Op wants to lend to such members instead of account defaulters .
