I can't understand what's happening here.
I'm trying to use macMiner and it seems to be working - but, it's showning this in the log
[2016-05-12 14:33:27] Testing pool
http://localhost:8332/#getcbaddr#allblocks[2016-05-12 14:33:27] Stratum connect failed to pool 1: Failed connect to localhost:8332; Connection refused
Now, I have a bitcoin.conf file that has those settings in it..
server=1
rpcuser=xxxxxxxxx
rpcpassword=xxxxxxxxx
rpctimeout=30
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=8332
So why is that mattering to MacMiner ?
Other than that error - it seems to be doing the job it's supposed to do. IN other words, it is mining? but I"d like to get rid of that error.
I'm still trying to figure out how to get Bitcoin-qt working with the Antminer U2
