When I use the word "higher" in a sentence I actually mean lower.

If you're looking at the mtgox.com page, it will show you the high price in USD, but the last price in whatever currency it happened but converted to USD. I don't like it that way (I think they should keep it all consistent, either USD or last currency) but that seems to be the way it works. So it's quite possible for it to show the last price above 30 (if someone bought BTC with Yen, for example) but the high price remains under 30.

Oh yes it is: we have proof already: still under $30 for another 8 hours, so it's true.

It's STILL under $30??! This surely means a drop into negative values.

Most likely scenario.

That is why I will only buy back in when I am paid at least $1 per BTC.

Contrary to common belief this is possible once one bitcoin represents more than $1 of (defaulted) credit card debt on average. Buying BTC for credit has been trending these days so guess what?  Tongue

For a second I thought the OP was BitHappy

I never thought my life could be. Anything but catastrophe. But suddenly I begin to see. A "BIT" of good luck for me. Cause I've got a golden ticket!
