Since you brought it up I want to ask Steve for us poor Iphone users when we are getting an app if it is in the plans of the company?

For me is no problem as I access and play it from the web but the convenience is bigger when accessing from the app.

The reaction from Eden Hazard is not from somebody who is neutral. He is not giving his opnion, it is just a post with to much goodwill to sportsbet.
That must be based on something. Edenhazard, why are you so loyal to sportsbet? Your message does not make any sense. You are referring to their tac, while others have complained about this.
I think Steve could have avoid all these accusation bu communicating with the customer. Or is Steve also the representative on the forum here, and not outside the forum?

Everything i stated above are based on my own experience during my time being a sportsbet.io customer for years, 4 years to be exact.
I've been through a lot of annoying moments just like any other players who seeing their winning got frozen, accused for breaching the rules etc , can't really tell you more details in every story i had in the past as it might takes 10 pages of comment column here.

FYI I've been banned since few months ago for sportsbet.io self-exclusion policy.

'a permanent self-exclusion has now been activated on your account. It is confined that you will not be able to access your Sportsbet.io account or associated accounts indefinitely.'

Long story short, I can't use sportsbet.io service since that notification. Steve knows the whole story and i really respect what he has done.

If this is the case, it might be wiser to put a maintenance page on the site so that any misunderstandings can be avoided. Everyone understands this if you have some time now because the odds are not being displayed correctly.

If you make 1000 separate bets from 1 mbtc then you have also wagered 1000 mbtc. i only think that they will not be to happy with this when they have to settle it

For those who don't know, I work for Sportsbet.io and we have been on this Bitcointalk forum space for 4+ years. I come and visit the page regularly and address as many situations as possible, but It's only a part of my job role at Sportsbet.io as we have other things to do.

This is Bitcointalk's thread is ran by the customers.. We DO NOT self-moderate. I choose to keep it that way. Sportsbet.io is fair, open, and willing for customers to share all their opinions and views. We welcome healthy debate and will take positive and negative critisism onboard.

To keep this thread from being self-isolated, I trust that all users keep an open and honest mind.. We are going to encounter some bumps along the way.. legitimate bumps, and also some bumps from customers who may think they have cracked the system whether is be double spending, open markets, or what ever. We need to be open to all types of customer in these modern day ages.

We always pay out fairly to genuine sportsbet.io customers and cases. We fully review all other cases, including the one listed above in a regular manner.
To suggest that we do not work with the customer from the start is just plain wrong and incorrect.

We have been working with this particular customer for a long period of time, not only on this matter.

In regards to the above 'post', the customer has already leaked information about our contact with them.This is NOT just a basic matter about a Tennis bet.

Please re-read our response and draw your own conclusions.

The Customer has quoted one or our many responses back to them: "Please note that as your activity on these mentioned and other past accounts is still under investigation in regards to providing falsified verification documents and illegal access of user accounts we are unable to release any funds to you at the current time"

One other hurdle is that we are unable to verify the account ownership as the claimant is allegedly unable to contact us from his registered email instead using another.

Furthermore, I'm disappointed in the customer's attitude towards you guys and this well-respected forum.. The customer didn't even take the time to start a conversation correctly or respectfully.
The customer chose just a quick, shabby COPY and PASTE job with bits and pieces from another trust platform that they have complained about us on already. (www.trustpilot.com)

Needless to say, not all the information provided to you by the customer is in full display. Once you have read that initial post from the customer in question, you will understand fully why the information was left out.

As with many sectors of the Bitcoin space, we take player privacy, information and security very seriously. Due to the nature of the situation at hand (as you have read yourself) I won't be spreading anymore information on the matter until the case is closed. I will then issue a summary in due course.

About taking part in the freebets promo for the first time. Just wanted to confirm something (apologies if it has already been asked, went back a few pages, didn't see anything related)
 
@Steve, The requirements to qualify for the promo says we need to place bets with a minimum odds of 1.50. Does this count for multibets too? Like having multiple selections and all of them totalling 1.50 (or more) or each selection in the multibet needs to have min 1.50 odds?

I like the bet builder feature. Infact I won at my first try thanks to Dynamo kiev winning with over 2.5 goals and 8.5 corners. I would like the extra option to combine multiple bet builders into one huge multibet though.

Liverpool's odds are very low though because everyone expects them to win. The odds of predicting correct scores are more lucrative and all of the choices are above 2 or at least 1.5, especially if you bet at the very beginning of the match.

With Liverpool, if you're going to bet on them winning you need to bet on every match they're in to get a decent ROI across your bets.

After Liverpool won Arsenal earlier on on monday, I thought we would see a repeat today. Good thing I could place that bet due to the technical difficulties being experienced at sportsbet. Since Tuesday, I've been unable to use the platform. Matches doesn't load and even if they do, Its difficult to navigate and pick selections. I hope the issues fixed before the weekend though. Wouldn't want to miss out on EPL matches.

when I saw the Liverpool players who were going to play I didn't expect much from this game so I didn't place any bets and didn't watch the game. but I was surprised by the result, I mean it was Arsenal's chance to win within 90 minutes. though Arsenal won in the penalty shootout

Can't recall, but the team selections weren't so special. Salah and Minamino, Jota should have got a goal though but Leno was crazy good today. Adrian wasn't bad at all too he basically almost palmed away a penalty, and then let the last one squirm under him. Not very good penalties from Origi and Wilson, which is a shame as I think they're both really good, just not many people slam it in like Salah or Milner do.

Oh well, fewer distractions.

I was also stuck in this match, I really didn't know that there weren't any main players there almost all are second line players 
Under 0.5 Goal is not available before kick off, but in the second half at least offer odds of 3+.
