We were aiming to have the draw time maybe +- few minutes or less.

Pretty much impossible to do this if you pick the block a few days before the drawing. The network is sometimes blockless for half an hour to even an hour, which makes having the draw time within a few minutes almost impossible. Your best bet would be to announce the block ~2 hours before the drawing (so people can verify what the block number is), and announce a block that is estimated around 30 minutes after the wanted draw time. People won't complain about a draw being a few minutes late, which is better than having it drawn too early.

Good job trying to make it provably fair, but I can tell you without knowing the system that is won't be provably fair. I'm guessing you use a script that converts the hash into a number, which is pretty good, except that the public doesn't know what ticket number they have, and that you guys could easily swap a ticket around so that your alts win, making the other person lose instead. To combat this, try adding tickets live, and having a page display who owns what ticket that is updated every few minutes. That way, you can't swap the ticket numbers around.

You guys should just hire a third party like RHaver or Dooglus to do the draw each week or whatever.  Both smarter than all of us, experts in the whole "provably fair" and can explain exactly why something is provably fair in like 5 words.

We would like to apologize to all the users who missed out on the first Olympics raffle due to it being drawn too early.

To compensate for that we have created a new raffle which will be drawn on the 15th of August. All users who made a bet on the Olympics from 05.08 to 08.08 will receive one ticket for an equal chance of winning a prize.

We are still looking to improve the provably fair in order to have more accurate draw times. We appreciate all of your feedback and will definitely take it into account as first and foremost we build for the community.

The current system uses unique hashes from the blocks, and, when creating a raffle, we predict what block should be discovered around the same time when the raffle should be drawn. Upon the discovery of that block the draw is made.

On average, a block is discovered every 10 minutes or so, but it can skew by a lot, a good example is our first Olympics raffle where it was drawn 9 hours earlier due to multiple blocks being discovered hours apart from each other.

I strongly believe that the lottery is very fair, because I ever get it. probably because a lot of people who never get it, so they were a little suspicious. but indeed, must prove this justice to make people believe and not much to complain about this Raffle.

I also received my tickets for yesterday betting on Olympics matches and receiving tickets without any issue, maybe you missed to place bet on Olympics matches, that is why you had problem to get your tickets for that lottery.

It must be a bug on the lottery, afaik a user can only get 4 tickets but you have 6 tickets. I think there are many other users have 6 tickets like you and makes the total entries jump so high.

If you have more than 4 tickets for the next Raffle then it is perfectly fine. It is the compensation from sportsbet to people who miss previous lottery.
Sporsbet's lottery winners are determined by hash of mined blocks and that certain block was mined earlier than expected causing some people to miss previous raffle.
