To join the lotteries you only need to place 1 bet on euro event, and if you only place multiple bets on tennis so you will not get a ticket for the lotteries.
To be on the leaderboard, you need to win your bet on the euro event. Winning bets outside the euro event is not counted.

There seems to be a Bug in your leaderboard. The first four places is occupied by user akir* while the rest is occupied by user mladen** which can't be possible
