Incase you wonder, the last they had something that screwed their lottery they compensate players by making additional lottery again and also they made that the ticket will be available to use for the next draw instead. I doubt that they will make that former options as it is too costly even for sportsbet

I think they will just give an extra ticket for those who missed out or not credited in time for the previous raffle. I see others were receiving 2 lottery tickets this day.

For the issues with the Lottery that everyone is looking for answers to:

The draw times are based on the block discovery times. We use an average discovery time to estimate the lottery draw time. For some reason currently the estimations are not so accurate therefore the lottery draw times are skewed more than we would like.

We were aiming to have the draw time maybe +- few minutes or less.

We are looking into why the estimated time of block arrival at the creation of the lottery is vastly different from the reality of when it is actually discovered.

We will compensate all users who have missed out on their tickets due to the lotteries being drawn too early.  Before we do that though, we need to fix the underlining issue.

It's good to hear that. If the compensate is adding the tickets into raffle, i hope it's not include the maximum 4 tickets, but it's only the bonus ticket and we can add 4 more tickets on that raffle.

Got the link few minutes ago on my email, but I do not know about its provably fairness. Lets wait for them to confirm and give us more explanation about the new system for the drawing which they claims as a more provably fair than what they used on Euro Lotteries.

That is great news soon there will be link available to check the lottery result whether it was provably fair or not, this would leave positive on your business to make lottery result transparent and provably fair.

Pretty much impossible to do this if you pick the block a few days before the drawing. The network is sometimes blockless for half an hour to even an hour, which makes having the draw time within a few minutes almost impossible. Your best bet would be to announce the block ~2 hours before the drawing (so people can verify what the block number is), and announce a block that is estimated around 30 minutes after the wanted draw time. People won't complain about a draw being a few minutes late, which is better than having it drawn too early.

I'm guessing you use a script that converts the hash into a number, which is pretty good, except that the public doesn't know what ticket number they have, and that you guys could easily swap a ticket around so that your alts win, making the other person lose instead. To combat this, try adding tickets live, and having a page display who owns what ticket that is updated every few minutes. That way, you can't swap the ticket numbers around.

You guys should just hire a third party like RHaver or Dooglus to do the draw each week or whatever.  Both smarter than all of us, experts in the whole "provably fair" and can explain exactly why something is provably fair in like 5 words.
