I've won more than what i've deposit in sportsbet and I still have my account. The user most likely broke one of the rules and that caused them to take all of his funds away since he already withdrawn more than his total deposit. If you visit other bitcoin casinos, you'll see the same punishment is given (only returns deposits) when a gambler gets caught cheating or breaking the terms.
