I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of sportsbet.io.
1) yesterday they suddenly removed the possibility of depositing with Skrill without any communication.
2) Today, after a long wait, they tell me they are not entitled to the fantastic four free EPL bets, because I bet more than 30 euros.
Note that the terms and conditions of the promotion were never published on my page and for this reason I asked Steve if my bet was valid for the promotion.
For some bonuses that are not given, it is not a problem, I do not go bankrupt, but my trust in sportsbet.io today is negative.

regarding Skrill I guess they already made it clear that it was removed for legal reasons , I'm sure they would love to keep taking it if they were able to
but I guess you can just bet with bitcoin as the majority of people here are doing

I am Italian and I know the laws of my country. All Italian bookmakers use Skrill and there is no law prohibiting the use of Skrill / Neteller

Im pretty sure they didnt remove Skrill because they wanted to, but instead because they have laws they must comply with.
I cant speak on behalf of sportbet but Im certain if they had a choice, they would accept your Skill and your losing bets to boot.

I tried to find any information about Skrill, Italy, and sports betting that could explain why it does not work, but I really could not. The official Skrill website lists Italy as a country where Skrill is available, and I haven't seen any articles about recent developments related to betting, cryptos or Skrill in Italy... But I agree with others that Sportsbet probably would not remove Skrill just because they wanted to. Perhaps it's a new legal development that is not available online in English yet, or maybe just a mistake.

Press opt-in is a must if a player doesn't press that then the bet won't be counted for promotion. Sportsbet has noted that if you want to participate in the promotion you must press the opt-in once valid until the promotion ends.

I have not forgotten anything, it is simply just an exclusive responsibility of sportsbet.io .... The promotion was never published for them technical problems on the site (there were other users in this discussion who had the same problem).
I am not an amateur and it is my habit to always read the terms and conditions of the promotions, but this time not being able to read the terms and conditions, I had asked Steve if my bet of 220 euros was valid for the promotion.
I remind everyone that Steve had also assured that anyone would bet on the first EPL day, they would receive the 4 free bets automatically, because many users indicated that the promotion was not published for everyone.
Point out that receiving or not receiving free bets, for me it is not a problem, but it is a problem of correctness towards all customers

I did not find such a contest while playing on Sportsbet. I think this site only offers a few kinds of sports to bet, not for such contests. If that exists it might be available if the contest is ongoing. Correct me If I'm wrong.

Who the hell are Hashtag United? Sportsbet definitely made the right decision to enter a sponsorship deal with Watford rather than some unknown team. It’s all about being seen by as many people as possible.
