Hi mate.  You are correct.  The mistake was I got confused between 9th and 10th game. 

I wanted to do 9th game when Federer was down 0-30 serving..

But I wrongly did 10th game..  Just now noticed it after you pointed out..  Also sportsbet didn't mention the market clearly.  They gave current game winner as 10th,  when 9th is in progress..

But still I will stress,  they not even mentioned this confusion clearly nor solved any issues properly.

Sportsbet is good on processing instant withdrawals. All withdrawals are processed at lightening speed. But they are really bad on solving issues.

Can you share a screenshot of your bet ? because I checked the score on those two games and the only game where federer was down 0-30 was game 9. When the score was 0-40 Fed answered and it was 15-40 that could be the case why the odds didn't move.

When you have problems and you're talking to someone who's going to help you the last thing you should do is saying things that would make the situation worse and that's probably how you got blocked from their chat.

not sure if sportsbet88 is the same site but that's probably because you are beating the starting price , ITF isn't secure for books and it seems they only offer it for losers
same happened with me with Fortunejack and was limited to insane amounts on ITF till I decided to just stop betting ITF or even following it

I don't know a single site that is ITF friendly , they will all limit you or ban you once you beat them
