Sportsbet clearly stated on their terms and conditions. They might ask for KYC and obviously they will not allow multiple account to get multiple benefits. Everyone's should read it before registration especially rules number (3.5) & (3.10) where they have stated about KYC and multiple accounts. On the other hand there is jurisdictions issue, they have right block account if gambling illegal on your jurisdiction. So before claim to sportsbet you should think first about your mistakes. Making false accusations will not change anything.
Yes, they state that they possibly will ask for KYC, but there must be a predetermined procedure? What has enforcing KYC to do with multiple accounts? 1) Their security software can instantly see if the same IP address and or device opens multiple accounts 2) When someone loses with his multiple accounts KYC is not enforced! Their website, their rules... So therefore, any user gambling on the website already should know that these rules can be implemented at anytime. They can't just block users account based on security software detecting multiple IPs, that's why a manual check will be required hence the need for KYC Documents, If such users has nothing to hide and can assure legitimacy of their funds, the process shouldn't cost them anything, I believe. |

Have huge problem with this bookie. I opened account 1 month ago and start gambling maybe one week ago. After couple days they ask me to verify my account before withdraw, I used camera verification and continue to use site. After day or two they told me this:
Please note that your account was disabled due to being flagged for multi accounting by our security systems.
As this is strictly forbidden by our terms and conditions we would like to extend your the ability to explain.
Under rule 3.5
You are allowed to have only one Member Account. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account/s will be frozen."
and rule 3.6.
If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member Account being blocked."
Please let us know if you have opened previously or actively use any other Sportsbet.io accounts. If so please name these or any such user accounts.

After my explanation that I have only one account and never open another there they send me next email where they connected me with some other person, with username: Ilijash, asked me about that person. After my answer that I never had any connection they send me today this email where they want to took all my earned money. I have on my account more than 18k eur, earn more than 15k in last 7 days. You know on which match I earned a lot? On Real Madrid vs Brugge. I bet h2 on Club Brugge. I bet on other most famous clubs etc. Now they want to steal all my money. I will not allow to lose all my earned money. If they want to close my account, If they want from me to stop gambling on their site I will accept that decision but I want all my money because I earned that honestly. There is theirs last email:

Hello Cola91, I am looking into this for you. One thing I do know for sure though is that the best thing to do here though is not lie to these loyal customers of ours on the forums.. Comments like "Now they want to steal all my money. I will not allow to lose all my earned money" when you have been advised from us that this is IS NOT the case will not be tolerated here. I am not sure mate, there is 8 games going on if I see right and that means 23.5 is 24 so you expect at least 3 goals per game. Sure there could be some games with over 3 goals but an average of 3 goals on all games is not "free money" at all. If someone goes 7-2 again and scores 9 goals to cover for 3 games in 1 game then maybe it is possible but unless something major like that happens its going to be a tough decision.
I would probably play under if I were to play any but I am not sure about that neither, this is not a "free money" bet, I can't really decide which side looks more tempting in this, neither side looks much more plausible than the other side. I would rather stay away and just watch the games to enjoy some entertainment and not risk it.

On the second day of the first round there was exactly 24 goals and 21 on the first. I agree it's not free money but you're still getting some nice odds since other bookies are offering higher totals. Not all matches is expected to go over 3 goals but a few should go more than 3. but i would like to see your bets screenshots if you wish. there is definitely something missing in the story and you have not provided any solid proof or arguments.
i am sure the forum also would like to see more information from your side(proofs,without any personal info ofcourse), if you wish so
for now, i have utter faith in sportsbet and their decisions. there are always people who try to bypass rules in order to earn quick $ , and sportsbooks are a business too afterall

They are certainly a business and have costs to be able to take care of the players who do follow the rules. They do not want to be cheated so those rules are in place for them as a guideline to follow and uphold those rules so the honest players on the site can receive their rightful winnings when their bets do go through to win.
I certainly do not like the idea of these multiple posts about this nonsense from gameprotect and now cola91.
Produce a separate thread in the proper section on the forum if you want and use that please.
We who are actually interested in using the site want to have productive conversation and helping each other as players on their site to have success in playing there. We have been treated with respect and honesty from their company because we follow their terms of service in signing up on their site and not try and manipulate them or their system.
As you probably have found out they have high level security to find out those who are trying to cheat their betting system. I am positive they have enough funds to hire the best in the business so to protect their site from those who which to do so.

exactly. i was lucky enough to get 100mbtc (~1000$) for FREE during the arsenal watford promo.i withdraw 70 mbtc and guess what? it was done in 30 seconds!!. they pay me 1000usd that i got for doing absolutely nothing, why would they not pay him if he is legit ? all such stories whenever they come(especially without any proof whatsoever) are shady and missing big pieces of the story. |
