I have ulterior motives; one of my project managers is a rabid ManU fan, and he does get pissy when they lose.  Personally I would rather see United win the EFL over City.  I can't explain it, but I love to hate City.  I agree with LFC that Leicester probably has the best chance of beating City for the cup, so I too will be rooting for them.  

The PL is bound to be fun this weekend.  Watford can escape relegation with a win @Bournemouth and an Aston Villa loss to City, both very likely scenarios.  

Arsenal is actually favored to win?!?    Lets go Gunners!

Did anyone betted with today's ATP cup matches, which sometimes give me an odd feel. IF we look into the match between Nadal and Goffin in which Nadal loses in straight sets to Goffin and his play is not up to his usual mark. But Nadal was in good form recently so this result is shocking.

What form? The season just started. This was literally week 1 I usually like to skip betting in the first few weeks and start with Australian open. If I place any bets before that they are always handicaps against paper favorits.

That being said I agree Nadal should have done better against Goffin since Goffin doesn't have enough weapons to hurt Nadal. I guess it just wasn't his day.

this will be a very important game, if Watford wins this match against Boumemouth and Aston Villa lose against City, and Norwich lose against Manchester United then Watford will be in the 17th or 16th position of the Premier League... that would be the start of the rise of position in the premier league. But if Watford loses in this game then things will get very complicated for them.

Yes, I noticed that too. Nowadays Sportsbet has very average odds, so with just a small bookie portfolio, you will rarely be urged to bet there. You can find some diamonds in the side markets every now and then, but limits are pretty low-ish then.
Now by shopping for the best odds you are already more advanced than 95% of punters out there, so you are probably not the target audience of Sportsbet anyway. They are looking for recreational players, and for those people odds don't really matter.

But you can't lower the odds too much - they have to be good enough to keep the recreational players interested in betting with your company.

Those losing recreational players are not happy with losing of course, but they will always continue for either being addicted or just enjoying betting, without caring all too much about their losses. To keep them more happy/satisfied and give them some incentive to bet with you, you give them some candy. That is freebets, the price boost you were talking about, all these promos. Make them feel welcomed, take care of them, engage with them and they will be happy customers despite losing. For them it doesn't matter, where they lose their money - they will stay at the place, where they get the most candy. Give them a good customer support on top, a good UI (something which Sportsbet still lacks a bit imo) fast and reliable payouts (for their withdrawals that happen too from time to time) and you have a money (or BTC) printing machine.

They're not the favourites tomorrow, at least not when I last checked the odds, so I would say that even a loss is NOT disastrous, given their string of super performances over December. That thing you are doing in your thread is a pretty good showcase of what is possible and why it's of utmost importance to shop for odds for any ambitious betting person. But then again, no offense, it's pretty pointless, if you are comparing odds from bookies with average odds. You can get way better odds with other books than the ones you are using/comparing. This is like comparing your VW to a Smart, when there is Ferraris out there you could drive.

Do you have any (more understandable) P/L for your bets ? Any yield/ROI ? Just getting higher odds in one book compared to other books doesn't mean these odds carry any value no matter what.

As a successful punter, you will always run into trouble with limits and all those things. There is only few books out there, that are welcoming winning players. And thats just because they follow their bets and get valuable information for rather few money.

If they are saying there is a lot to wait for in 2020 you know something must be cooking. These guys had the best 2019 in all of casinos in the crypto world, from premier league sponsorship to flying people out and from 1 btc giveaway for just being on the website to all other stuff, they had the best 2019 in living memory.

Many other places (and not just sportsbooks but also casinos) had a year where they literally just give money if they can and that was it, usually not even that but did "competitions" to see who will wager more which made them money in the end, sportsbet.io literally changed a guys continent for a prize. That means they had the best year in the eyes of the gamblers at least. If they are saying 2020 will be better I would believe them.
