i have figured out if u enter the amount quickly it does not apply the period. so u have to wait 5-10 seconds after entering a number

Oh I do. It improved a lot. Some good changes with the design but it hardly matters for me but speed wise it has improved a lot. Earlier it took 3-4 secs to load up the market under a second but that has come down to 1 or none after the upgrade.

Also sometimes it used to freeze for sometime when I click other sections like "Promotions" but that also is gone for me now.

There is also one thing that seems fixed as of now: sometimes balance was shown wrong or the figure before making some bets but now seems fixed.

 cheat customers. If that's the case, I won't ever deposit with you sir. I trust sportsbet. So I deposit everyday here sir. You read my first line. Of all the sites I used sportsbet is best for withdrawals.

Am saying there was a flaw in sportsbet live. Particularly on live itf Challenger tennis matches sir

My whole point is the 10 second delay and the odds acceptance unfairness on the time sir..

In that 10 seconds, if odds decreases it asks to accept the  new decreased odds.

If odds increases, it didn't ask anything. Simply get placed at unfair unintented odds sir.

It's not planned by you. But an
 unintended flaw sir

By this way, my intended bets, bets which went on to win, were always rejected and asked me to accept at decreased odds, while my bets with unintended odds were placed and odds

That's what I meant as 300 mb potential profit which was missed by me sir. For a person like me who do every bet in live tennis or cricket betting it affects huge sir

Participated. I don't withdraw frequently. But almost I deposit every single day small or big sir. My life time overall loss with you is more than 9000 mb sir.

Go to the settings and turn off the option "accept odds changes before bet placement". So you will not be accepted for any change in odds (and you probably won't even be able to play until there is a break). I have a video where I try to pay a 3-pair combo ticket for 2 minutes (football games).

You raised a very interesting question and I think it is much better to discuss this than some of the irrelevant things that are written here. I've warned sportsbet.io people several times that this option is not useful. there is also no point in playing tennis, basketball or any other sport on accounts that take more than 10 seconds. Because you will only get a negative outcome in the long run(with this options.many bookmakers use it precisely for this reason).


sporstbet.io answer people's problems because it will make you a better betting company. I have seen a lot of false and real problems here. And everyone is masked by some stupid (paid) posts after that. This will not ultimately benefit you.

You've taken the first position in the market, is up to you whether you stay there

Good work on the updates! The presentation is much better I agree especially that now you can select 1x2 easier (It used to be with handicaps which I really did not like because you had to then click on them to find the full lines!

Oh and My balance does not update only sometimes,,, but it will take a while to be correct. Not a big problem.

Yeah brother, bas taste but yeah, can't wait to welcome them to Anfield and punish their attitude. Like Klopp said, even the manager spent more time with his back to his team, so interested were they to make noise and pressure the ref.

I mentioned elsewhere that I haven't seen a match in a long time where people are diving and crashing to the ground like so many sacks of potatoes. There was at least one blatant no-touch dive (I think it was Fabinbo stealing a ball). Incredible how they tricked the ref over and over again. I told my kid watching too, the 4-4-2 line was so fast, we took a half second longer on the ball and they organised 11 men deep. I don't mind the defending, but the simulation was over the top.

Yeah it was so frustrating, I thought the referee was pathetic all night. He’s the same one we had when we lost to PSG away, we need a much stronger ref for the 2nd leg.

I almost forgot what losing feels like, I’m still annoyed about last night. I think we should play Keita in the 2nd leg as the Hendo-Fab-Gini midfield has no creativity.

The more I think about it I’m very confident we’ll go through, they should have pushed for a killer 2nd goal. 1-0 won’t be enough for them.

But when the bet loading she went down 15 30

And odds went to 2.10. Instead of asking me to accept new odds, it got simply placed. Of course lost

Not my intended bet nor odds. Not want to take a woman when she is behind. Not at all my intended bet.

To prove the flaw. I did some sample bets
0.1 mb on ongoing Dennis Novak match.
Am attaching 4 screenshots.

In this you can see, in bet slip odds is 1.31.

But above the bet slip u see market already changes to 1.39 while bet was loading. It didn't ask any accept new odds confirmation. Simply the bet got placed

Now comes another 2 screenshots which shows when odds decreases, it asks for confirmation

This is the problem. Such extreme unfair issue on live betting.

When markets comes in favor of customer bets gets rejected. While markets goes out of favor I get placed without even asking confirmation.

I trust sportsbet and feel it's just an unintentional flaw. All I ask them to compensate me the 200 mb I requested and and solve this soon..

How big a flaw and unfair scam is going on

1. I want to take Veronica 6th game
@ 3.51. Bet takes 10 seconds to load. Please check the market above bet slip.. She was already down 0-30 and it's a huge risk reward at 3.51. I did bcoz I expected she wins the next point.

Of course she won the next point and market on my favour now and odds dropped to 2.3.

But the bet was not placed. It got rejected and asked me to accept decreased 2.6.

2. Now I again give bet at 2.6. While bet loading, she went to 15 40 into a sure losing position. Now
Market goes against me and odds went to 4.5. It's not the bet I want to do.

Now it didn't even ask confirmation or anything. Simply the bet got placed at unfair losing 4.5..

It's not my intended bet nor odds nor the position I want to enter.

Moreover my settings is don't accept odds changes. Place only the bet at odds I give.

Kindly imagine how big an unfair flaw this is

When you end up going bigger than you expect, you have to improve the way you are as well. Sportsbet was always a very successful house and always made a ton of profit as well but with the partnerships they are having in the past year they had to improve the website to match with the awesomes of their sponsorship as well. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with the way website was but at the same time if you could find a copy of sportsbet 3 years ago or so, you will see the major changes that happened since that moment to this day.

The sponsorships are giving them a bit of responsibility to be better for the sponsorships they have, like towards Watford for example, they owe it to them to be better (well Watford sucks right now so I guess Watford owes sportsbet more ).

You don't bet live often enough

It happens all the time and not just on Sportsbet. It is just the nature of sports with fast changing odds. If you are betting live on tennis odds will change with every single point, even if player misses first serve. There is no problem if you bet between the games, odds are mostly stable in that short pause.

Most bookies also add few seconds delay to cover possible manipulations due to people betting live when sitting in the audience. They could have unfair advantage against bookies who get their scores online. This was very profitable for pro betters in the past. You could see people sitting in the front rows with laptops on their knees during ITF tournaments.

This is where option "automatically accept odds change" comes in handy. It will sometimes work in your favor and sometimes it will not. In the end we players just have to get used to it.

Tennis is especially "bad" for this. Imagine situation where there is score like 5:4 and 30:30 on players serving to stay in the set. Just the fact that he missed first serve will change the odds drastically. Let's say it could drop them from 2,5 to something like 2,0  which is big difference for high rollers.
