I have said this before and I am going to say it again; sportsbet.io is putting that Arsenal partnership as the head of the situation, which I understand because Arsenal has a bigger fan base all around the world, thanks to their previous success they are known more, however Southampton is the better one this year.

It doesn't really work that way. No matter the current results Arsenal is much bigger name than Southampton. When you ask people that just occasionally watch football they will know about Arsenal for sure while Southampton will not be recognized. Name/brand is something you have to build over the time and Arsenal has already done that while Southampton is just beginning its story among the big boys.

Southampton contacted our boss to ask if we wanted to go into partnership with them. Our boss agreed and we had to move quickly.. I think we had under 4 weeks.
Everything went well and we launched just before the start of the EPL season.. and our thread title and adverts were all Southampton based.

Meanwhile, we were in conversation with Arsenal about betting partner sponsorship, but talks with Arsenal were a lot slower as they were already set up for the season.
We kicked off EPL 20/21 without the Arsenal deal.
This Arsenal deal came through several weeks into the EPL season and it was very exciting. By the time we signed everything off, got the assets, got the graphics, all that sort of stuff, we were well into the season.

And, here we are now. So I guess in essence, Southampton was our handle/title/advert for a long period of time and now we are giving Arsenal a good push!! Both teams are winning at the moment so that is great too!!

I haven't visited Southampton's official store in a while, basically since the start of the season, but why is there no Sportsbet jerseys available for purchase? The only one that i found is a framed/singed shirt @£499, home and away kits are all with the LD Sports logo (previous sponsor), what's the deal here?

I was able to screw my little bet by not properly looking. I wanted to take St.Etienne/PSG double chance @X2 but instead, i've inadvertently gone for 12 and the match ended in a draw. Almost every, if not all, double chance markets are arranged as follows: 1X, 12, and on the right side is X2. But for some strange reason, all of PSG double chance markets are 1X, X2, and 12, not sure if this is an error or it's intended to be like this but it can be confusing especially if you are in a rush. I think that's the second time i've had this with PSG double chance markets in the past couple of months. 

Anyway, the moral of the story, always double-check your selections before you hit that 'place bet' button.  freaking PSG, can't get it done lol

Happened to me at least twice when money was on line and maybe a couple more times when I lost tickets on other games so it was not important. One time I won ticket because of that mistake and the other time I lost.

That brings me to another request. It would be great if we had option for full cash out for let's say 5 minutes after placing the bet so we can void our ticket if we find the mistake. As it stands now you can cash out with small loss if you played supported sports. For instance if you have one eSport match on your ticket you will not be allowed to cash out at all since eSports are not supported. Of course above should only be available for tickets were there aren't live markets.

Thanks for the feedback.  I'll pass it on to our trading team.

I think for now the best way to fix an error quickly is to contact our 24/7 live support team.. I can't say it will be voided 100% of the time, but the quicker you identify a mistake and let us know, there will be more chances for them to fix it for you.

This is a brilliant idea,,, I know I have placed bets by mistake. Sometimes to my own benefit (as I posted recently I had two winning tickets on the very same selections, which won, so it was a happy mistake. But I would have probably preferred to get back/cancel one bet, except that if you cash out, you get a bit less of your money.

Definitely should allow it for pre-live bets,,, maybe with a min time frame of 2 or 3 hours before first game plays out? Then again, I do see the disadvantage of bookies here because you could take an early bet and cancel it to retake it if odds change.

So my suggestion is,,, Allow full cashout within 5 mins of placing bet (so you can delete the bet if you realize you made a mistake).

Unfortunately, live support is the worst part of sportsbet site and it almost never works for me. I think i tried 7 or 8 times and it worked just once. Maybe I just have really bad luck but I seriously doubt it. The pattern is not that small. I think all 4 of them have high chances to win this weekend especially as 3 of them are still fighting for the title and Hoffenheim simply has an offensive football style like Soton from EPL and it's hard to win against them.

Did anyone watched NBA from last night ? It was full of comebacks with Knicks coming back at beat Utah, Boston beats Miami after 2 comebacks in that game and Pelicans were almost there to make their own comeback but that 3 point shot from OKC was amazing!

I was one of those people who said the same, Southampton should be main title, whereas you have arsenal. However after explanation that Southampton already got a good amount of time, and now its turn for arsenal makes sense, we had Watford for a long time too and I wouldn't want them again, first others should get the push. So I am withdrawing my idea, yours makes a lot more sense. About the guy who won that much from NBA, that is a very difficult task, I should know because I have gambled on NBA for over 10 years now, and I can say that who will win a game is always in doubt, no team that is favorites ends up winning every game they are favorites for.

Specially a game like Hawks vs Knicks where Knicks won is very hard to predict, normally I would put Hawks above Knicks very easily, other games looks to be decent, Celtics wasn't really 2.95 because they are nice team too and Raptors are not doing great, but all in all this was a very very difficult bet he won, congratz to him.

Message support and they tell me "you used odds boost on same sport less than 24 hours ago, it resets in 24 hours"

I show them a screenshot with the support chat window and the still-available odds boost.

Their reply "There is no problem with our site, please clear your cache or change browser"
