I have one question and one idea to make the site even better so here it goes.

Why does Sportsbet only offer one handicap in tennis matches? I am quite certain your odds provider offers 3 so this baffles me. That is the only reason why I still use other betting sites instead of doing all my betting on Sportsbet. I am talking only of bigger tournaments, no need to cover challengers and ITF tournaments.
(Will pass onto the trading to team to get them to review this)


Sportsbet has a big sports offer to cater to wide variety of players but that makes UI a bit difficult to navigate and slow at moments. Depending on the way your site loads the data, my proposition could help user experience to skyrocket to the roof or at least make it easier to navigate. So here it goes: give us option under account preferences to choose sports which we want to see on that top slider. I know for a fact that I will never place a bet for AFL, Bandy (WTF is that?), Biathlon, Bowls..... So why not give me an option to hide that.
(This has been a long term pain in our side too.. it is on the roadmap to get fixed. The second we have a estimate date, Ill be letting you guys know first)

In addition to that I would also appreciate very much if I could have ability to exchange default markets that show on the first page for sports. For instance if I had both to score for football instead of under/over I would save a couple of minutes every day just on loading times.
(Same as above.. its something we are looking into)

Ive seen the road map for the next 1-3 years and it is chocka block full of updates and new features.
The main hold ups we have are when we face some stability.. this becomes priority number 1 and pulls devs of nominated tasks.

The player 'favourites/personalisation' is a big project and we can't wait to knock it over

Not often that we see 11 penalty series without a single miss until last penalty. Kelleher deserved a bit of spotlight and Kepa really blasted it sky high, almost like he is playing American football.

With this title in his pocket Diaz now has more trophies in England then Kane And he is playing for about a month now.

So it did go all the way to the end, LFC_Bitcoin and to be completely frank, I was thinking we were the poorer lineup for PKs... no Mane, no Firmino, but our defenders did well, close shaves as Kepa did get close to saving but hey so did Kelleher! Worked out well, Klopp kept his faith in the men that brought us to the final, and Kelleher especially will feel this trophy has his name all over it.

I agree with the UI part as well. Not saying that it is worse compared to competition, it is definitely a great UI compared to others as well, but sportsbet.io is a bit....different, you know? Aside from the variety of the games and the amazing approach to customer care and the chats we have (how many other staff did you talked to in any other casino, like we talk to Steve everyday?) so obviously the peak is higher for sportsbet.io and that is why we ask for more from here.

I really hope you could rely the message that none of our suggestions are meant to be like "you are doing this badly, get it together", it is basically just you are so great that we hold you to a higher standard, because you are already great.

I would guess that all of the LFC fans here (how did we ended up with mostly lfc fans here .) must be shaking. I mean it is definitely not an everyday thing to see every single goal scored for 20+ penalties until the very last one. Sure it can go that further, that part is not unique, I have seen it plenty of times.

However, did not see people not missing a single penalty for 20+ times in a row combined from both sides. I really hope that we could get "some" sponsorship with Liverpool one day. Obviously they must cost a lot and that is understandable, no need to spend too much money that sportsbet.io doesn't have.
