Liverpool seem to have succeeded in beating Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-0 in the 2022/2023 FA Cup third round match.
The Reds won thanks to the only goal created by Harvey Elliott in the 13th minute in the third round match of the 2022/2023 FA Cup which was held at the Molineux Stadium yesterday and interestingly, the FA Cup match between Wolverhampton vs Liverpool was marred by an incident where the Molineux Stadium lights went out. 

It's definitely a game where Liverpool should have won and they did, so there is no surprise there. However, not many people were so sure about that because it looks like there is a good chance we could end up with something like a loss because Liverpool has sucked all season and I am guessing that it's not going to be that easy to end up with a problem like that.

I know that it looks like it is going to be fine and all, but that doesn't change the fact that we are looking at something that is quite dangerous to end up being terrible in the long run. I know it is not going to be a big deal but I have to say it would have sucked if they were out of FA cup too.

In the first meeting the results of the match both had a draw score and for the second meeting Liverpool managed to come out victorious, Jurgen Klopp decided to rotate in his squad, in fact the Reds still managed to qualify for the fourth round, after beating Wolves with a narrow score of 1-0 past With a goal, Elliott was able to finish the match as a winning hero, also feeling relieved to be able to show his contribution again at Liverpool, when on the last few occasions he did not play as expected.

As I wrote in Premier league thread, I don't see how Spurs can make life difficult for City tonight. City can have problems with though deep lying defenses and Spurs have neither. They are leaking goals even when playing against bottom of the table clubs and I don't see how they can stop City attack tonight. But this is PL and surprises are always possible, Conte/Spurs have quite good H2H against Pep/City so maybe they will manage to make City work for it. I have a small bet on both to score so trusting at least Kane shows up with his customary one goal per game.

Yes you have plenty of reason but, city its just in a hole in terms of performance right now. So we can expect some little surprise because Spurs also dont have their better times...

I think if City destroy Spurs we can see Conte fled from Totenham.

Messi vs Ronaldo was indeed a great game to watch and to be honest , I doubt we will see these 2 giants playing against each other until they end their careers but even with this , they way they both played it was enough to satisfy every fan I think. The memes of how Messi looks at Ronaldo are all over the internet this morning  and meme or not meme , Messi really looks at Ronaldo with admiration and I'm sure Ronaldo have congratulate Messi for WC winning during the game last night.

They do play in Europa though, so that is pretty similar. Maybe the cup is not worth as much as UCL, I can understand that but they do still play games there. It means when City is playing games at UCL to win that, Arsenal would be playing games at Europa, so they will want to win that as well and will be tired on those games as well. On top of that they are still in FA cup right?

So, they have like maybe 30-35 games left in the league and that is just the second half, that is a lot of games. I am not saying that Arsenal won't be champions in premier league, they may very well be the champions, but it is quite possible for them to end up not winning because of fatigue as well.

@notblox1 honestly I doubt that Arsenal will be focusing on Europa League, because they have a clear advantage to win the premier league and they wouldn’t want to risk it by prioritising the Europa League hence I don’t think that they’ll win the Europa League. Furthermore I fancy Manchester United to beat Arsenal, because Manchester United have a history of beating Arsenal whenever they’re flying high and lastly I trust Ten Hag to display some brilliant tactics which will baffle Arsenal player’s and help my favourite club to win against them.

Yeah, Almiron's drying up and they were last saved by Isak, would have backed them to score anyway in all games if they continue to play the way they've been when I could catch their games, but haven't watched them for a while now.
