It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Sry, I dont do free spec work, and the process described at btcraffler.blogspot.com has several problems.

1) It's not provably fair
2) Why do you need email addresses ?
3) How do you handle unconfirmed transactions and incorrect amounts ?

There is no spec work involved here, he only asked for a price.
The email address is used to send the # and the address.
There is no automated system, it doesn't make any sense to ask question number 3.

If you can give a price without a spec I wish you the best of luck

No, I dont even question mark exclamation point question mark  question mark  question mark exclamation point question mark question mark exclamation point exclamation point exclamation point question mark question mark question mark.

OP's project isnt too big. However, it isn't well defined. It is my opinion that the plan outlined on btcraffler.blogspot.com will not automate well without heavy modifications.

OP requests a bid and a plan. I see this as spec work. Please see http://www.supernicestudio.com/rfp/.

It is my impression that OP want a price for coding the site. If I have misunderstood and the OP is asking for a price on a spec for an automated raffle system that is an entierly different ballgame.

I'll give him my thoughts on how he might automate the raffle and make it provably fair, for a price.
