"Unable to Export Public Key with Command Prompt"

Hi Team, I have just installed Electrum so I can accept BitCoins on my website but having trouble exporting the Public Key with the prompt [electrum get master_public_key]
 
I have tried running CMD as administrator from my user account C:\users\***> as well as from C:/> and also tried the Cygwin utility all to no avail?
