The most interesting thing about bitcoin is the unstable price, of course no one is interested in a stable price, especially already there is a payment system that is popular ie paypal, web money, payza, liberty reserve and so on.
So, you are saying there is no point of cryptocurrency other than for you to make more money? |

When bitcoin will became more stable, it will be a plus toward general acceptance; a lot of people don't trust bitcoin because its volatility is too high.

I think it will keep being popular and in fact it would be more useful than now, because you could use it as a stable storage of wealth instead of just speculation. We all know that at first, Bitcoin wasn't that popular at all, and on top of that it doesn't worth even that much of worth. Haven't you heard about the guy who bought two pizzas with 10,000 Bitcoins? I know crazy right, its because the price of Bitcoin then was just a crap, I feel sorry for that guys. So no, it won't be popular the way it is popular now. |

If volatility is too high this is certainly good for the user, this is because for traders will always get a profit. when a stable price of course nobody wants to store bitcoin in large quantities so they just buy the required amount. |

If bitcoin prices will stabilize then yes it will be more popular as more people will put their money into bitcoin and will really trust and rely on their money to keep the bitcoin wallet and will not be afraid of losing their money with cheer.

bitcoin right now have a better and stronger user base than when we were at 1200 peka, so this is already answering your question
and anyway popthe value larity is directly correlated to popularity and usage, so there is no way that you can have a low value and mass adoption...
It is only in the assumption that Bitcoin's price will not be stable as well as other currencies, if Bitcoin's prices are stable it is sure that it will close down and no one will care about it anymore. can make the obsession of investors... |

If the price of bitcoin is stable but very high, then bitcoin will still be popular. Recently, the price of bitcoin is changing very much and this causes a certain excitement around it. Soon everything will quiet down to a certain time, and then the running around the bitcoin will begin again. |

I think no. It become more and more popular because of its value. Its price become bigger and bigger, and people become wiser. And they influenced others to invest here that's why it become popular. But I believe if bitcoin had a stable price there is still a chance that it will become popular, because you can hold your money here with out reduction. What I am pointing is that it become more and more popular because of its unstable price increasing. |

If bitcoin had experienced a stable price it would have been never be so popular as it is now. The reason people love the difference that happens regularly.
I think if bitcoin has a stable price it will remain popular because I'm sure stable bitcoin prices will still have a high price, because lately the price of bitcoin always increases even though it drops just an instant then it will rise again. and I'm sure bitcoin will always be popular and its users are increasing because of the bitcoin of our all pride. |

That is right, and I don't think that bitcoin will be having it's popularity without it's volatility since there are a lot of people who are relying on the volatility of bitcoin to have a profit or income. If bitcoin was not volatile, and there are still some users, then I think they are using it as an trading tool, or an currency used in payment online which I think will be widely accepted. |

With a stable price of bitcoin, there may be more places where you can pay with cryptocurrencies. This can increase the popularity of btc and not just price pumping. |

I think the popularity of Bitcoin partly depends on its unstable price. People don`t know how much will it cost tomorrow, such uncertainty tickles their nerves. Folks invest in Bitcoin right now, cuase they see the growing trend of the coin`s price. If the price was stable, then people wouldn`t have any need or rush to sell and buy the crypto currency. The would know they could do it every moment without any difference or changes. That`s the uncertainty and unstability what makes people want to buy Bitcoin.
