This is a risk unless you want the escrow to hold the money for 180 days it is still reversible.

There isn't that many places that accept PayPal most have very high fees such as virowx but you can try localbitcoins and paxful.

Yes but taking a risk on not trust accounts is going to cost em. Not as high as Virox or other places but close since I am footing the risk on my paypal account once again per each trade  Undecided
