cgminer --x13 -o stratum+tcp://mnm.suprnova.cc:2086 -u viperbessa.example -p x
open a cmd window in the folder the files are in (shift right click in windows and select from context menu) drag your bat to the cdm drop it there to run. try that  also maybe try with .exe on cgminer |

Probably because the pool is still closed. Launch in around 5 hours. Countdown on first post the miner should still RUN lol. it just will give "refused connection" till pool opens ;p |
