What would it take to make such and list it on an OTC venture exchange? Investment philosophy would be simply if you sell a paper you buy a fixed amount of Bitcoin for it and you always guarantee to buy it back for the value of the amount at any time (minus some spread of course).

Anybody here got knowledge how difficult/expensive it is to get this listed somewhere?

Great idea, this could really attract lots of new money. I think the best option would be that an already established investment fund or bank would start a Bitcoin ETF, something like SPDR GLD for gold or iShares SLV for silver. This would make it much easier to create options or other derivatives for Bitcoin. I know many people in the Bitcoin community are wary of banks, but if they can drive the Bitcoin price up, anything goes as far as I'm concerned.

I was going to write that I don't think there would be much demand such a product, because if someone wants to invest in bitcoins, they can just buy them. However, I found to my surprise that there are funds that invest in specific national currencies, so I guess there might be some demand after all.

That's basically because most professional traders don't want to leave their Bloomberg terminals. If they can't buy BTC on it, they leave it to the specialized hedge funds and angel investors or invest in Bitcoin with their own money:
