Those are long-term Bitcoin holders releasing their caches of Bitcoin into the marketplace, redistributing the Bitcoins for the benefit of new adopters. When others see this altruistic gift to the marketplace, sometimes they are moved enough to join in too.

I put it in quotes because of all the other people referring to this event as a crash. I am mocking them.

Its a good effort, and I applaud you for it - but most of these muppets haven't traded on their own account before. Just sit back and watch the "bubble", "crash", "rally" threads get spawned on every price wiggle - they'll never learn.

if $28 is as far down as it's going to "crash" then i'm buckling myself in because this thing is going to take off.

The wall at $30 was about 13k coins before, now we're heading back to it and the wall is only 3k.

So Bitcoin is prone to crashes!?!? Several in one month!!!

That is worse than the stock market. Time to dump Bitcoins and buy into something that does not crash.

That is because usually stock can only experience one REAL crash and that is it.
Bitcoin seems have the capability to experience many many crashes Smiley
