The problem with him was that, when he finished with all of his wealth he realized that he lost all of his money, he should have to imagine in the start that he is unable to win in gambling and so should have to leave before he is finished, but he did not thought like that.

Yes, most people here share your thoughts, I think. But many of us, if not the most part, are gambling nevertheless. I'm sorry you lost a lot. Get back more than you lost and never gamble with big amounts or never gamble at all(which is almost impossible, that's why I always recommend people to gamble just for fun with small amounts).

If you treat gambling as just a mere pastime you will never suffer from regret after doing an stupid as hell move. I never bet more than I can afford to lose, same goes for investing, therefore I am never in a bad situation without an easy way out. We can not afford this with small amount also the only way is quit gambling. If you play for fun then also you may have chances to loss lot so if you want to be live your life happiley means better don'y play gambling.

I too play some time like what you said like that just for fun but my fun cost is some bitcoins not daily when i get bore that time will play if we afford that loss for our fun means we can play.

Yes, we should have to know that games on gambling are only for entertainment and not the way of earning a living to support our family, we should have to invest only that amount which we afford to lose.

Your approach to gambling was wrong in my opinion. I don't try very hard to win all my bets nor do I put big wager amounts because I am betting for fun only on my favorite games and teams. I don't care much if I lose or win as I perceive sportsbetting as a hobby of mine and nothing more. I used to bet a lot chasing inevitable losses which led to even more losses so I got fed up with all that and nowadays I am just a casual bettor and my life has improved a lot both in financial and mental perspective

Of course there's life in gambling, but you have to take it as an entertainment only, as you would with a movie ticket or similar. Likely true, but I would argue that if there was someone who did want to quit gambling, then the most important way is to remove the gambling thoughts slowly by doing gambling bet small and performing an activity that is almost the same with gambling (Trading, investments, deposits, etc.), after which replace those thoughts with gambling.

I agree, If you just rely on gambling you will live a lonely and horrible life. I can imagine it would be like a drug addict looking for money all the time to gamble with and chase losses. So yes there is no decent life in gambling.
