You can either open a shop on amazon and il buy from you, or you can transfer my balance to your account with some freaking method that i dont know.

I don't think transfers from one amazon to another is available.
It would be best to get someone in the US, I thought it was possible to withdraw the balance, I never read the ebook but there is a way to get that balance out.
